The Policy for the 2018 compensation of executive company officers is presented in detail in Chapter 2 of the Registration Document (pages 69 to 75).

Approval of the principles and criteria for the determination, distribution and allocation of items of compensation for the Chief Executive Officer: 96.63% vote in favor
